• Please note that this policy only applies to items that are returned in their original, unworn condition. Additionally, special orders cannot be returned and international returns are not covered by our free return policy.
• To ensure that your return is processed smoothly, please make sure that the item is properly packaged and insured. 
• Items that have been altered by a jeweler other than Diamore or show signs of wear will not be accepted.
•  Loose diamonds must be returned with the original grading report from the laboratory.
• Please be aware that eternity bands and tension rings cannot be resized and need to be crafted entirely from scratch. Therefore, it is important that you order the correct size when making your purchase.
